Lachesis finds target practice with different weapons important for
a young adventurer. He wants you to find an outpost in the middle of
the Dwarven Kingdom where a very special weapon is located. Once you
have found the outpost he is certain that the dwarves living there
will help you with the details of how to handle the weapon and what
you are supposed to hit with it.
