You'll find zando in a cage deep in the petting zoo, he's in a cage. You will have to 'open cage' to let him out, but beware he comes out swinging so be prepared for a fight.

To finish the quest you need to 'give book to lachesis'.

As far as I know you need to open the cage and begin the combat. Somoene else may finish it. You must give the book to lachesis.
